Though some stress is needed to function to the best of your ability, too much stress can take a physical and mental toll.

If you go on vacation and unwind for a few days this can help overcome depression and help the person regain a positive attitude towards family, life and work. A vacation is a great cure all for health problems that are caused by stress.
If you take a vacation with those you love, it can strengthen familial bonds. Work and home relationships often crumble due to stress. By spending an enjoyable vacation with your family and friends, you can help you renew your personal relationships and this in turn will help your professional relationships.
